Baked Banana Pudding

A holiday-worthy dessert, the Baked Banana Pudding with its fruity deliciousness and easy-to-make recipe is simply exquisite. 

Ingredients

  • 100 gm unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup Mawana Select Breakfast Sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 125 gm regular flour
  • 6-7 chocolate wafers
  • 2 tbsp milkmaid
  • 1 banana
  • Honey
  • Mint leaves

  • In a bowl add unsalted butter, Mawana Select Breakfast Sugar and cream them together. Add egg yolk, vanilla essence and whisk. Add refined flour and fold it into the mixture to form a dough.
  • Take two ramekin bowls and glaze them with butter. Place chocolate wafer biscuits in the bottom layer. Top it with condensed milk followed by banana. Cover it with the dough.
  • Bake in the Usha OTG  at 180˚ for 20-25 mins.
  • Garnish with honey and mint leaves.
