Carrots & Pine Nuts Crumble

Ingredients

  • 200 gm carrot
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 150 gm khoya barfi
  • 50 gm pine nuts
  • 50 gm butter
  • 50 gm flour
  • 2 tbsp Mawana Super Fine Sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • Serve with
  • Vanilla ice cream

Garnish

  • Microgreens

Preparations

  • Grate carrots using the Usha Food Processor.
  • In a frying pan, add ghee and cook the grated carrots with khoya barfi and pine nuts.
  • In a mixing bowl add butter, flour, Mawana Super Fine Sugar and mix roughly by hand to form a crumbly texture. Fill the ramekin bowls upto the 3/4th mark with the carrot mixture and top it up with some milk and the crumble mixture.
  • Bake using the Usha OTG at 180˚ for 15 minutes.
  • Serve with vanilla ice cream and garnish with microgreens.
