Chickpea Crumbled Chaat

Ingredients

  • 150 gm chickpeas
  • 1 ½ cups boiled rice
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup raw mango
  • Water as required
  • 1 tbsp Mawana Select Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • Salt to taste

Garnish

  • Coriander chutney
  • Curd
  • Pomegranate
  • Coriander leaves
     

Preparations

  • Add boiled chickpeas, boiled rice, bread crumbs, red chilli powder, chopped coriander leaves, salt in the Usha Imprezza Plus Jar and grind coarsely.
  • Place the mixture on a baking tray and flatten it out and bake using the Usha OTG at 180˚ for 60 mins. Make small pieces of it once it cools down.
  • In a pan add raw mangoes, Mawana Select Brown Sugar, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt and cook till caramelised. 
  • Place the chickpea crumble and garnish with coriander chutney, mixture, curd pomegranates and coriander leaves
