Sesame Seeds & Ragi Atta Cookies

Ingredients

  • 100 gm almonds
  • 100 gm ragi flour
  • 100 gm whole wheat flour
  • 100 gm Mawana Super Fine Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Water as required
  • 2 tbsp sliced almonds

Garnish

  • Almond sauce

Preparations

  • Add almonds in the Usha Nutrichef Mini Chopper and chop them coarsely.
  • In a mixing bowl add the coarse almonds, raagi flour, whole wheat flour, Mawana Super Fine Sugar, baking powder, sesame seeds, vanilla essence, olive oil, water and knead a stiff dough.
  • Now roll it thin. Use a cookie cutter to cut cookies, and place them on a lined baking tray. Top it up with sliced almonds.
  • Place the cookies in the Usha OTG and bake at 180˚ for 30 mins.
  • Garnish with almond sauce.
Cooking tip

These easy, quick, tasty and healthy Ragi cookies are mildly sweet with the goodness of wheat and ragi.
