Sugarcane Rice Dessert

Ingredients

  • 250 ml sugarcane juice
  • 1 cup cooked basmati rice
  • 1 tsp rose water
  • 1 tsp fennel powder
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/4 cup mixed dry fruits (cashew, raisins, pista)

Garnish

  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Caramel sauce
  • Mixed dry fruits
  • Mint leaves

Preparations

  • Heat sugarcane juice in a pan. Add cooked basmati rice and cook.
  • Add rose water, fennel powder, cardamom powder, mixed dry fruits (cashew, raisins, pista) and mix.
  • Serve with vanilla ice cream and garnish with caramel sauce, mixed dry fruits and mint leaves.
