Yogurt based Smoothie -
Anjeer and Dry Fruit lassi

Ingredients

  • 6-8 soaked dried figs (anjeer)
  • 5-6 cashewnuts
  • 5-6 soaked and deskinned almonds
  • 5-6 pistachios
  • 2 tbsp jaggery powder
  • 1 ½ cups of yogurt
  • Chopped dry fruits for garnish

Preparations

  • Add dried figs, cahsewnuts, almonds, pistachios, jaggery powder and 2 tbsp of yogurt to the blender jar.
  • Use the Usha Maximus + to blend the ingredients together. Once done add the remaining yogurt to the jar and blend.
  • Pour the lassi into the glass and garnish with chopped dry fruits.
Cooking tip

Fig should be soaked in water for minimum 6 hours
