A simple, easy to bake Peanut Butter Cookies recipe that never ceases to delight children and adults alike.
Ingredients
- 100 grams Peanut Butter
- 50 grams Caster Sugar
- 150 grams Flour
- 1 Egg
- 10 grams Peanuts
Preparations
- In a mixing bowl add peanut butter and whisk it into a fine paste using the USHA Hand Mixer.
- Add caster sugar and whisk again. Once finely mixed, add an egg and blend them all together.
- Next add flour and mix the ingredients together to form a firm dough.
- Shape the dough into cookies and top them with peanuts.
- Bake the cookies in the USHA OTG at 160°C degrees for 15 minutes.
Cooking tip
Whisk the dough well to avoid lumps.
